Graduations!
First Holly.
I spent 10 minutes shooting pigeons under the Shelby bridge one day. I’m sure I looked like a fool crawling around but I had fun.
Fritz!
My paternal grandparents celebrated 60 years of marriage.
Andy graduated too!
I’m not certain if this was my first “session” with Shae. Lets pretend it was.
My cousin Konnie also graduated.

April 2009

February 2009
There was a warm spell in February so Beth & I took advantage of it by hiking and walking.
On 2/17 I received Jeff’s 5D which permanently changed my photography. From this day to the wedding I shot a ton and had never been more excited about photography. I remember the day because my employer had a family fun night at the office where we played games, ate pizza, and drank beer.

Glove & Motherfucker
If I ever have a child I would like to receive two gifts.
A baseball glove.
A t-shirt that says “I’m a motherfucker”. At least I would want someone to greet me as a motherfucker.
The damn local news keeps saying “sleet pellets.” Why isn’t “sleet” sufficient?

Games at Grandma's
Beth & I trekked to Elliottstown (I never knew there were two t’s in Elliottstown till now.) to visit my Grandma Bierman. My parents were already there with two aunts, their spouses, and one cousin each. My uncle was also there.
I admit that I don’t look forward to visits like these because they can be very boring and full of pity. The outcome depends on so much. This particular...
I don’t remember asking Santa for a cold.

We went to mass at Green Creek which was exactly like it was last year, not bad just a little too much cute.
Afterwards we met the Meyer family for the annual Christmas Eve party. The food was excellent as always. My favorite...
