Fall Affair Camping Buddy?

I need to allocate for 35 PTO hours 12/31 or they will get dumped into the abyss. I think I am going to take a full day on the Friday before the Fall Affair. I’m sure I’ll also take a few days around Christmas.

Me: This morning we were discussing what is used to calculate the calories burned. Obviously weight, distance, speed are used but what about elevation? Does your product recognize that I will be burning more calories climbing a hill than the same distance and speed on level terrain?

Hog Heaven

Last weekend, while at the cottage with Jeanine’s family, almost all of the music played was county. It’s all I’ve been able to listen to since. I’ve even created a Pandora station to find new songs I like.

Not Cool
There are preliminary reports that items were stolen from work. Luckily my iPod (I would cry if my U2 iPod was stolen.) & MacBook Pro are home. I believe my Bose buds, that were a gift from my previous boss, were stolen.
You can only get to our floor with a keycode after 6pm and weekends but I think the freight elevator may be an exception. Every room is behind a door accessible by key fobs.

A little birdie on Twitter told me about nearly free tickets for the Predators first pre-season game on 9/17. So I scooped up two for only the $7ish that ticketmaster.com charged me. The seats are on the far end but not as high as they could be. I’m looking forward to hockey season starting back up.

The Crushers have the final game of a home stand tonight. It is Thirsty Thursday too, so $1 drafts and fountain drinks will be flowing tonight. Let’s just hope the weather holds up.
The Sounds used to have Thirsty Thursday but now their prices rival those of major league teams. I think they charge $7 for shitty beers and $8 for the good ones.

Tonight I created an SVN repository & TextMate project for a project that I have been thinking about for months. It is time for me to create this website. A short term goal is to allocate time each week to develop but the same should be done for photography, reading, exercise and everything else I should be doing.
