Headlight Update Update
I found the retaining clips I needed on Amazon for $5. Free Prime shipping makes it the obvious solution.
Ironically I found that the outer plastic shell of the Tiburon’s parking is missing. The light inside is intact and I see so damage on the bumper. I think it just fell off.

Headlight Update
The caulk failed as I expected. I’m found the piece I need online but may visit a salvage yard. Replacement lights are too expensive either but I don’t know if they include the piece I need. I am waiting for that answer.
My dad taught me you may not have the right tool but you can always get the job done. However I’m certain he never taught me to use shower caulk to hold in a headlight when the cheap, plastic clip disintegrates during light replacement.
