Tonight I made shrimp and grits for the first time. And they satisfied me!
Beth was a champ and tried them but she still doesn’t like shrimp outside of a deep-fried shell. She also doesn’t like the texture of grits but loves cottage cheese. Go figure.
I have had the dish at Midtown Cafe and Puckett’s downtown. Where else should I try them?
