I apartment handover couldn’t have been better. Our ex-landlord was very cool and impressed with how great the place looked. She said she is only lowering the rate by $100 which definitely wouldn’t have been enough if we would have stayed and negotiated. Having it all behind me is a big relief.

This weekend I need to spend some time blogging to empty my head full of thoughts. I also need to get outside with my camera. The fireworks should be amazing and I’m thinking about leaving the camera at home this year. Shooting takes away too much from the show.
