Beth & I took a leisurely ride down to the Shelby Street Bridge. I’m pushing Beth to ride more on the street so she becomes more comfortable with the idea. Tonight was a great time because traffic was very sparse.

I used a new iPhone app, RunKeeper, to map our ride. Its user interface is much better than MapMyRide/MapMyRun and their web interface isn’t polluted with ads. Their web interface also graphs speed & elevation on one graph. When you hover on the graph your position on the map is shown so you can see exactly where you were according to the graph.

I’m going to ride again in the morning, probably to Shelby Bottoms.
