I have been trying different beers from a local brewery, Yazoo. The latest 6 pack is Yazoo Hefeweizen. I didn’t enjoy my first bottle but strangely tonight I did. After my first sip I scanned the bottle and confirmed that was supposed to have the banana & clove aroma I was picking up. I don’t pick up a lot in drinks but tonight the banana was easy to taste. Perhaps it was the food parings that made it better? I wish I could recall what I was eating with my first bottle.
