I’m happy to announce two promotions on the Development team.

Tyler Neu - Lead Product Developer: In this role, Tyler will be responsible for developer productivity and the flow of work into and out of the Development team. He is the point of contact for tickets and will be the one to ensure that all developers are working at full capacity and have everything they need to do their job.

These promotions reflect the leadership initiative that both Tyler and Mark have shown for several months now, and more accurately reflect the roles they already play on the team.
