Bad Ideas

I have a hard time hold back my opinions about ideas I perceive as a bad, especially when they involve me indirectly and other individuals are on board. I think about how choices will impact the future or how an idea is going to hold up over time. I want to speak up because I have a better different idea but no one asked me. I don’t hesitate to comment if I’m affected directly. Until then I have to keep my mouth shut.
