I made a duo of pizzas tonight using our mixer, Lucille, for the first time. We also went with a traditional tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil pie. The crust was ”my best yet” and the good cheese really made it shine. I usually don’t wow Beth with food but she really dug this. Unfortunately our new pizza stone broke as I pulled out the second pizza.
