I recently updated my Nashville Skyline (First blogged about last October) to avoid duplicate Flickr photos. I don’t believe I have posted any yet but with over 400 photos it is going to be harder to avoid it. The change to the process is pretty simple. I wrote another script to pull down all the photo ids of posted photos into a text file and now my posting script checks its list of files against the list. I could be fun to write a bookmarklet or Safari plug-in instead of handling .webloc files.
