Around 12 o’clock the developers got antsy and started packing up their remaining cables and by 12:15 we had our access cards turned in even though we were given instructions to not arrive at Palmer Plaza before 1pm. Almost everyone went to lunch at Jason’s Deli and nommed on wraps, giant baked potatoes, and ice cream before we arrived at Palmer Plaza.
I was concerned about my desk location but it is exactly the one I wanted. I’m at the end of the “dogbone”, nearest to my favorite coworkers and facing west. Outside the window I can see Vanderbilt University & Medical Center, our church, & the Loews hotel. Over my left shoulder I see GAC’s headquarters on Music Row through my bosses window.
There is plenty of room on my desk. My chair is good but not as good as the last one because I really liked the ability to lock my chair in a reclined position.
