Time got away from my family & I last weekend. We looked at the clock with only 30 minutes prior to the Lake Sara fireworks. So we loaded up and headed out, knowing we couldn’t (and didn’t want to) watch them from the beach. We passed on our first spot and started heading away from the beach until we found a southern vantage point here, a quiet road one mile off of Moccasin Rd. We could see all of the high fireworks with none of the hassles of smoke, sound, or crowds. It was a great spot for our audience.
